Job Title – Yard Operative

Location – Cloughmills Ballymena

What you will do:

• Cleaning of Machines and equipment effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the yard and storage areas
• Carry out stock checks and basic record-keeping as needed
• Complete Paperwork – Daily checks etc
• Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Pre Delivery inspections – Check paperwork etc (Training provided)

What you will need:

• Excellent communication both verbal and written
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and complete tasks thoroughly.
• Previous experience in a similar role. Desirable
• Willingness to be flexible in accordance with the business needs
• Experience in the operation of forklift trucks
• Ability to work under pressure
• Driving License Essential
• Job is dependent on the successful completion of Medical and PTS training (provided by company)

Desirable:

·       Forklift license

·       Basic knowledge of machinery and ability to shunt machines in yard
